§ Puppy needs to see veterinarian within 10 days - We strongly suggest waiting 10 days before stressing the puppy with shots.
§ No diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays) reimbursed without prior approval of breeder.
§ No reimbursement for "poop" medications from the vet. All relevant poop medications are supplied by breeder.

§ The puppy is guaranteed against MVD until 12 months of age. A Full refund if puppy in returned and 50% if purchaser opts to keep puppy. Puppy must be in all around good condition or guarantee is null and void.
§ No registration papers available unless stated. All dogs are sold on spay/neuter agreement. No papers supplied until proof of spay or neuter received from vet and a copy of this contract is received by breeder. Registration papers (ACA-AKC) will be applied for and mailed to purchaser within 120 days from request for papers. Buyer is responsible for two reminder calls or emails. If owner elects to receive papers there is a $100 charge for provision of papers.
§ SHOULD PUPPY BECOME ILL, SELLER MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, DAY OR NIGHT. BUYER MUST NOTIFY SELLER OF SYMPTOMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH DUE DILIGENCE (i/e., REPEATED PHONE CALLS). SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE PUPPY RETURNED TO THE SELLER FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT. IF BUYER FAILS TO NOTIFY THE SELLER OF THE ONSET OF SYMPTOMS WITH DUE DILIGENCE OR DECLINES TO RETURN PUPPY TO SELLER, NO VET BILLS INCURRED BY THE BUYER SHALL BE REIMBURSED BY THE SELLER. IF THE PUPPY DIES IN ANY VIOLATION OF RETURN POLICY, NO REFUND WILL BE PAID; A NECROPSY MUST BE PERFORMED BEFORE ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR DEATH ______(INITIAL).
Dog is warranted under the Dog Purchaser Protection Act No. 1997-27. no other warrantees are given or implied except those in writing above. Copy of Act No. 1997-27 is attached.
